The first week of conditioning has finished. You all have done a great job. We still have a great deal of work to do. Here is the schedule for practice and conditioning for the month of October. All times and places to practice are subject to change at any time.
MONDAY: 2:40PM - 4:40pmPM @ POLAHS.
TUESDAY: OFF
WEDNESDAY: TOBERMAN GYM FROM 6PM-8PM
THURSDAY: 3:20PM - 5:20PM POLAHS
FRIDAY: 3:30pm - 5:30pm BAGDANOVICH PARK - 1920 CUMBRE DRIVE. SAN PEDRO, CA. 90732
Make sure you bring your Toberman waivers by tomorrow to Mr. Martinez or me. (10/4/10)
Bring proper shoes and shorts. Bring other shoes than VANS type shoes.
Do not be late.
